Flood alert for Plymouth as heavy rain and strong winds return

The Met Office has warned of the risk of flooding as heavy rain and strong winds - possibly gale force - hit the South West during Sunday night.

A number of areas of Plymouth have already reported flooding, including the A374 Pottery Road in Devonport between the Tamar Wharf junction and the Torpoint Ferry junction. Drivers are being warned to approach with care.
